We offer free delivery in the UK on a range of products over £100. Exceptions to this rule are heavy items such as sauna stones. Due to the large size of many of our products they will need to be delivered on a pallet, sometimes two.

Many larger wellness products such as commercial spas or hydrotherapy baths are shipped straight from the factory. As a result we charge a nominal shipping fee on larger items to cover our costs.

EU delivery

We also offer delivery options for all countries inside the EU. We generally use DACHSER as our EU courier but we reserve the right to change this at any time. There are also a range of free delivery options for orders exceeding certain amounts.

International delivery

Whilst we have not implemented a facility for international delivery at the checkout we do ship beyond the European Union. You will need to contact us and we can agree shipping costs and delivery dates over the phone.

Installation service

Do you also require installation?

Many items in our shop require specialist installation. Thankfully, with Leisurequip we don’t just stop at selling you the perfect wellness products—we install them too.

We can come to your home or commercial premises and install any of the wellness products and equipment we sell. Our team have decades of experience installing every type of leisure and wellness equipment you can imagine.

From pre-fabricated saunas to bespoke built steam rooms and complete wellness spas—we’ve done it all! Just let us know you also need your product installed and we’ll provide you with a quote and timescales.

Lead times

How long until my order is delivered?

It’s important to understand that many of the high quality wellness products we sell are specialist products not available in either the UK or many European countries.

As a result lead times vary from brand to brand. Products in each brand can also have varying lead times. Rest assured our lead times are the same or faster than our competitors.

Products such as accessories, sauna heaters, steam generators etc.. are generally in stock and can be delivered within a few days to a week. This also covers massage tables and accessories.

As a general rule the more expensive the product is the longer the lead time. This will be because in many instances your purchase will be manufactured to order.

Lead times for expensive products can be up to 30 days. Some spa tables and sauna kits may also have lead times of 30 days, but usually arrive much sooner.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding lead times please contact us and we’ll gladly assist in any way we can.

Bespoke adjustments

Customising your product further

You’ll be pleased to learn that many of our wellness products can be further customised to ensure a perfect fit.

Typically this can be accessories such as sauna interiors, glass sections and so on. Notably, we can even make bespoke adjustments to pre-fabricated sauna and steam room kits.

Leisurequip will consult with you over the wellness products you’re interested in. Our experts will then provide you with a quote and timescales for the adjustments.

Description

Light up your bespoke sauna or tiled steam room like the stars at night with the Tylo Ruben Sky LED light kit. This programmable lighting kit is available with 20, 30, 40 or 60 LED crystals. Neatly concealed, the lights can deliver range of night sky effects.

The lights can also be synchronised with other Tylo lighting positioned behind your backrest or skirting. All the equipment and cables needed for operation are included in the package.

Programmable

The Tylo Ruben Sky light kit comes with 7 pre-installed lighting programmes that will alternate the different lights on and off or change colours. You also have the option of creating your own lighting programmes to match your mood.

Chromotherapy

With 20 colour changes the Ruben Sky lighting system will not only enhance the ambiance of your sauna or steam room, you can also use them in combination with aromatherapy oils such as Tylo essences.

The end result impacts the senses in a holistic way and can positively aid healing processes.
