Tylö products are generally in stock, with quick dispatch and fast delivery. As the UK’s longest-standing Tylö retailer and resident experts, Leisurequip was the first to import their premium sauna and steam products from Sweden.

What affects lead times?

Put simply, value and complexity. Some Tylö products come with a premium price tag and are made to order. Lead times typically range from 2-3 weeks, but can be as long as 6 weeks, depending on the item. For example, a bespoke Harmony sauna or a Panacea Twin combined sauna and steam room may require additional production time.

If your product has a lead time we will provide you with a guideline on how long it will take. Your purchase will then ship to you directly from the Tylö factory in Sweden.

UK delivery

We offer free delivery in the UK on a range of products over £100. Exceptions to this rule are heavy items such as sauna stones. Due to the large size of many of our products they will need to be delivered on a pallet, sometimes two.

Many larger wellness products such as commercial spas or hydrotherapy baths are shipped direct from the factory. Sometimes we charge a nominal shipping fee on larger items to cover our costs.

EU delivery

We also offer delivery options for all countries inside the EU. We generally use DACHSER as our EU courier but we reserve the right to change this at any time. There are also a range of free delivery options for orders exceeding certain amounts.

International delivery

Whilst we have not implemented a facility for international delivery at the checkout we do ship beyond the European Union. You will need to contact us and we can agree shipping costs and delivery dates over the phone.

Do you also require installation?

Many items in our shop require specialist installation. Thankfully, with Leisurequip we don’t just stop at selling you the perfect wellness products—we install them too.

We can come to your home or commercial premises and install any of the wellness products and equipment we sell. Our team have decades of experience installing every type of leisure and wellness equipment you can imagine.

From pre-fabricated saunas to bespoke built steam rooms and complete wellness spas—we’ve done it all! Just let us know you also need your product installed and we’ll provide you with a quote and timescales.

Customising your product further

You’ll be pleased to learn that many of our wellness products can be further customised to ensure a perfect fit.

Typically this can be accessories such as sauna interiors, glass sections and so on. Notably, we can even make bespoke adjustments to pre-fabricated sauna and steam room kits.

Leisurequip will consult with you over the wellness products you’re interested in. Our experts will then provide you with a quote and timescales for the adjustments.
