UK delivery

We offer free delivery in the UK on a range of products over £100. Exceptions to this rule are heavy items such as sauna stones. Due to the large size of many of our products they will need to be delivered on a pallet, sometimes two.

Many larger wellness products such as commercial spas or hydrotherapy baths are shipped straight from the factory. As a result we charge a nominal shipping fee on larger items to cover our costs.

EU delivery

We also offer delivery options for all countries inside the EU. We generally use DACHSER as our EU courier but we reserve the right to change this at any time. There are also a range of free delivery options for orders exceeding certain amounts.

International delivery

Whilst we have not implemented a facility for international delivery at the checkout we do ship beyond the European Union. You will need to contact us and we can agree shipping costs and delivery dates over the phone.

Product locations: UK, Finland

Harvia products are generally in stock, for quick dispatch and fast delivery. Our UK warehouse regularly receives shipments direct from the factory.

Due to the specialist nature, premium price tag and niche market, some Harvia products come with a lead time. Lead times typically range from 2-3 weeks or longer for custom items. For example, a bespoke Ventura sauna may require additional production time or a Legend wood burning heater may need to be assembled and imported from the Harvia factory in Finland.

If your product has a lead time we will provide you with a guideline on long it will take and your purchase will ship to you directly from the factory.

Do you also require installation?

Many items in our shop require specialist installation. Thankfully, with Leisurequip we don’t just stop at selling you the perfect wellness products—we install them too.

We can come to your home or commercial premises and install any of the wellness products and equipment we sell. Our team have decades of experience installing every type of leisure and wellness equipment you can imagine.

From pre-fabricated saunas to bespoke built steam rooms and complete wellness spas—we’ve done it all! Just let us know you also need your product installed and we’ll provide you with a quote and timescales.

Customising your product further

You’ll be pleased to learn that many of our wellness products can be further customised to ensure a perfect fit.

Typically this can be accessories such as sauna interiors, glass sections and so on. Notably, we can even make bespoke adjustments to pre-fabricated sauna and steam room kits.

Leisurequip will consult with you over the wellness products you’re interested in. Our experts will then provide you with a quote and timescales for the adjustments.

Installable on either side, the Harvia Linear protective sheath effectively reduces safety distances and maintains a stylish black theme. Notably, the sheath matches the style of the Harvia WL100 protective bedding, ensuring complete protection for your floor.
