Tylo i170 Steam Shower Installed for Huntick Farm Holiday Park, Dorset

Huntick Farm Caravan Park and Caravan storage facility is a beautiful getaway in Poole, Dorset. It is managed by Jeff and Sandra who have been industry enthusiasts for more than 19 years. The owners are also keen steam enthusiasts so we were only too happy when they contacted us have a luxury steam shower fitted in the park.

Bathroom renovation

The main building at Huntick Farm is being completely renovated and bought up to date. Part of the renovation requirement was the installation of a luxury steam shower. The client is a keen steam room bather wanted a luxury steam shower installed into one of the bathrooms. The luxury bathroom area has commanding views over the countryside and Poole harbour in the valley below.

An important aspect of the installation was for the client to be able to relax inside the Tylo i170 steam shower and be able to take in the views. The client opted for the Tylo i170 steam shower with black glass interior with clear glass on two sides and white profiles. The exterior aesthetic also fitted all the requirements.

Fitting the Tylo i170 steam shower

The luxury bathroom suite is on the second floor which has is a wooden structure. This meant the installation also needed to have a shower tray fitted. Normally we would convert the base into a wet room floor with drain but the existing flooring would have required major additional construction. Tylo provide this option with the i170, i130 and i110c steam showers. The shower trays are manufactured from white glazed porcelain and come with fully adjustable feet.

This ensures a level base even on the the most crooked floors. The client was very excited about trying out the new luxury steam shower. Additional accessories included built-in steam room generator, LED lights, ceiling deluge shower, hand held shower, essence infuser grace steam outlet and two removable contemporary stools to finish off.
