Help for Heroes Enjoy Free Installation for their Sauna & Steam Room
In brief
When we were approached by architects Quinlan & Francis to install a new sauna and steam room for Help for Heroes at Tedworth House we were only too happy to lend a hand. Both the new sauna & steam room would be installed into their rehabilitation centre. This is equipped with everything from hydro-therapy pools, full gym and artificial moving ski slope.
Free installation for both sauna and steam room
We provided free expertise and free labour to contribute to the project and were proud to help out in this small way. We certainly hope the brave military personnel have enjoyment in using the sauna and steam room to help speed up their recovery.
The main contractor for the rehabilitation centre was Vinci Construction who handed the building over with the Prime Minister David Cameron in a fantastic opening ceremony.
Golden Coast imported the new sauna and steam room from Tylo in Sweden and it was delivered by lorry driver Keith who came off of his holiday just to deliver the package. Keith is ex-military and also collects for the charity.
Golden Coast also provided a free delivery service. Leisurequip provided free labour on the installation saving Help for Heroes upwards of £2500+Vat.
The fantastic steam room and sauna are both invaluable tools to aid the recovery process. The residents will be able to use the facilities to help promote healing in addition to taking advantage of the benefits of relaxing both body and mind.
